Customer service is aweful. They sold me glasses that can not be adjusted properly and I look through the clear frame not the lense. Instead of offering me a differant frame that would allow me to see through the lense, all they are interested in is charging me a fee instead of correcting glasses.

terrible customer service. staff is not engaged and they mess up my appointments all the time. very sterile and aloof environment. expensive for what it offers.
Actual costs of products should be presented at time of ordering glasses; not 6 months later and exorbitant fees!
Deal with bad prescriptions. Replace glasses that do not work
Better communication with customers and sister branches. Act like the customer's comfort and satisfaction are the priority.
