Its like being in highschool sgain, managers talk to other employees about other employees, you report anything or say anything negative about the managers or their favorites your met woth retaliation not only from managers but from the other employees.
Customer service and deliver what is ordered. I bought Crizal lenses and and they did not deliver the certificate of authenticity and did not honor the warranty. They charged 10% of $609 and then delivered non Crizal lenses. Very poor customer service, bordering on theft by deception.
