Cleo focuses on personal and professional growth, and although I am remotely working it feels like I'm in an office environment. There is constant communication, and management sincerely cares about how their employees feel and wants to ensure the employee's success.

Compensation is paid out fairly, and there are massive opportunities for growth at this stage in the company. I have great medical benefits that will provide me with any coverage I need. This company rewards people that work hard, and management makes sure that their top performers are compensated.

Similar to the management at this company, the SDR team is extremely open to helping one another and is focused on the success of the team. They celebrate each other's successes and are willing to lend a hand when needed. I wouldn't have the same level of success without the team I work with.
