It's apparent during the interview process that Cleo is very serious about who they consider and who they hire. They are looking for the next leaders and managers, that will help the company to continue to scale and grow. At the same time, the interview process was very open and sincere.

It was really a mutual fit conversation. I, in fact, turned down the role because I was worried about fit. After some deeper conversations, I learned I was wrong...and here I am four years later.
