The fact that they strive to make CloudTask a fun environment to work. There is a visible effort to keep his employees happy. The CEO and COO are easy to talk to with their down to earth demeanor.

Clarity. He are clear and concise at all times--there is no question of their vision and what needs to be accomplished. ... Decisiveness. Once he have made up their mind, they don't hesitate to commit--it's all hands on deck.

The leader is great, efficient and ambitious, but the teamwork is even better, and you see it in the amazing and evident results and growing the company has had during the last months.
