The fact that they strive to make CloudTask a fun environment to work. There is a visible effort to keep his employees happy. The CEO and COO are easy to talk to with their down to earth demeanor.
They need soft skills training and coaching from external trainers
Freedom to grow and start new schemes

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued when not being taken into account when delivering an idea I thought of, and it ends up being delivered in a wrong way and the objectives can't be met because of that

Nothing wrong with compensation. What we need is paid leave.
Undervalued: When DMs don't offer the chance of an informed choice when finding a position for someone, let alone exploring together their talents and abilities to find the most suitable position for all 3 parties. Hidden talents are treasures that the company has the opportunity to find.

Sometimes, I feel the compensation sometimes doesn't equal the efforts I put into the company. Not referring to money compensation because the salary is really good, but to the emotional salary. That's the one I feel I don't get a lot of compensation

What are some of the best things about your team?
There is really no competition within the team, but with ourselves.
We're like a family. Everyone cares about one another, we do sporting events together, weekend trips... It truly feels like home away from home.

The company environment is amazing. We work in a huge open space that allows us to see all of each other face's. Also, the environment is positive because we're friends, not only workers. The company sometimes does integrations with all the company, so that's also really helpful

People in leaderships positions that are not doing a good job, not receiving the proper training for the role, and people with talent for that is not being offered the opportunity to try. Explore with your employees their skills and find the fitting role for them to develop

As a workforce solution startup more innovation with people's positions and ways of finding them should be the axis of its growth. Workforce solution is about finding the right fit for the company, not only with a person to work for them but also the way they work. Selling just BDRs is too common
