They are easy to talk to. Always energetic but very competitive at the same time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Because I learn new things and I've been meeting a lot of interesting people from different parts of the world, different ethnicity and language.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its fairly okay I think. Not perfect but it is going to be better. I don't have someone to report to so that's a shame
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I think we need to open more on communication. Acknowledging that we have an extension team here in the other part of the world.
