I feel I have been given enough time to meet the wider team, to learn and to get to understand our tools. I could never get a better onboarding buddy, and the work itself is very stimulating, i feel i can choose what i do and how i do it, still being results driven.

In the engineering department, there are considerable issues that impact everyone's ability to work and improve the product. Not enough time/emphasis is placed on these problems.

Everything is so much harder than it should be. Technical debt and bureaucracy means that making tiny trivial changes takes days or weeks. It feels like swimming through molasses! It's a software and/or process problem, not a people problem. We need to empower people!
