Overall, I thoroughly enjoy working here. The team I'm on is wonderful. It is moving more "corporate" and "call-center" focused, which I do not like. Compensation is my biggest complaint.

In our industry, I feel like our base salary is grossly underpaid, our commission structure is extremely low also. I feel like the execs keep pushing for higher results and then keep those profits for themselves.
