Overall, I thoroughly enjoy working here. The team I'm on is wonderful. It is moving more "corporate" and "call-center" focused, which I do not like. Compensation is my biggest complaint.

Great industry and amazing people
Understanding what is happening in the market and at a team level. They are not leading, but managing.
Hated going there. I've been a top salesperson at every company I've been at...sales there has nothing to do with sales
