We joke around with each other and can have fun. It's fun to work with them and without them, I would've left the company a long time ago.

We feel we work jard to make the company look good and in return we don't get good raises, if we don't meet incentive we get nothing and sometimes the incentive goal seems impossible. The company focuses more on stats rather than keeping the employees happy
