Retaining emoyees. Most employees have been with the company for less than 2 years except in mangement positions.
Pay raises for all the time and crap we go through to make y'all rich. You can be the literal backbone of your team and work here for years and your raise is like .20 cents a year

Listening to employeeswho want to help. Realize you have coaches telling people to work on their breaks and lunches. Not be so rigid about break times when in the middle of a site
