- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Focus is all on volume of claims transmitted; not on looking at efficiency with claim selection or multi-disciplinary coordination of payer deficiencies that would truly improve the cost and quality of health care. Fraud is literally "out of scope" in the FFS production /DRG validation department.
