We feel we work jard to make the company look good and in return we don't get good raises, if we don't meet incentive we get nothing and sometimes the incentive goal seems impossible. The company focuses more on stats rather than keeping the employees happy

Focus is all on volume of claims transmitted; not on looking at efficiency with claim selection or multi-disciplinary coordination of payer deficiencies that would truly improve the cost and quality of health care. Fraud is literally "out of scope" in the FFS production /DRG validation department.

My time at work is very unorganized and the goals are unclear. I feel that my time could be much better spent at work, but the task aren't distributed in a logical way. organization and better training would be good for these issues.

They need to stop sending our work offshore to India and Manilla. The agents there do not do any work and just copy and paste the sames notes leaving the onshore agents to work everything
