Cotiviti Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The pay is on par with market.

Good health care benefit coverage

We are always looking at market data to make sure we are competitive.

401k, PTO, STD/LTD, HSA contribution

Very fair compensation, but work hard

Pay is high. Benefits are amazing

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I make less than the base hourly wage of someone who is brand new in my position, after 2 years, with a coding certification, a masters degree and a registered nurse license, which is more than is required.

The primary measure of key performance is based on volume. Quality impact on revenue and customer service are not connected to processes.

Less micromanagement , less stress from management or supervisor

Increases that keep up with inflation, better/cheaper health care

We feel we work jard to make the company look good and in return we don't get good raises, if we don't meet incentive we get nothing and sometimes the incentive goal seems impossible. The company focuses more on stats rather than keeping the employees happy

our bonuses are dangled like carrots and ripped away from under us

Internal equity has not and will not be addressed. Leadership knows a large percentage of employees are paid below market but there is no corporate level intention to address.

Absolutely. And you cannot buy reapwct.

People who were hired 6 months after me were making the same amount.

There’s so much work and I’m not paid en

Just give yearly raises that make a difference. This job flops between boring/stressful, and pay raises show us that you care about how long we bother spending here.

Pay and benefits are not equal among the various companies that were merged together to make Cotiviti. Also, different departments are paid very differently for the same level of management.

The company has pay limits which are completely unfair. Any raises we earn go towards that cap. They consistently expect people to do work above their skill level without extra pay.

There are other companies who do what we do and a large amount of our agents have left for these companies as they pay higher. They refuse to raise our wages and spend all their money on paying offshore agents to do our work.
