I like that you can have a 30 minutes break for working 6 or more Hours. I appreciate that later on after you have worked about a year or so you could sign up for a 401K plan or Health insurance.

I've been at this work place for a while now I do a lot and pick up the slack on a lot of things I've never seen a raise or promotion.

Getting consistent raises twice a year. I worked for nine years at culvers to only make $1.75 in raises. I now make $10.00
