I just fell for the amount of work i do and the extra hours that i pick up i am not getting paid fairly for the job.

I've been at this work place for a while now I do a lot and pick up the slack on a lot of things I've never seen a raise or promotion.

Getting consistent raises twice a year. I worked for nine years at culvers to only make $1.75 in raises. I now make $10.00

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are just that, a team. We use teamwork to make the guests as happy as possible and its so heartwarming to watch my team members all work towards a common good goal.
Great workers and friendly faces.
They are nice and do a good job about reflecting my positive attitude.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It seems like everybody and anybody you can boss me around like I said, I've been there 4 years. And the way they treat me, I might as well have just walked through those doors

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees that I work with make the job more fun because we joke around when where not to busy.
Customers are nice and havent had a rude experiance yet and culture is strong

Giving a guest their food, seeing their faces light up when the fresh butterburgers hit their table is an amazing feeling
