Company provides opportunity to grow, conduct webinars with knowledge sharing. You can literally stay where you currently are and deepen knowledge and nobody force you. If you want some challenges, switch to another department it's also welcome. It creates safe environment, flexibility for actions.

Overall it's been a great ride. It's all in your hands - you get out what you put in. And it's easy to put a lot of effort in when you are given trust and enough space!
