In a little under 2 years I've seen the company double in size, go through the IPO process, scale, break systems, and find new solutions that will scale with the business. It's been a really positive experience and the work I do makes me feel like I'm providing valuable actionable insights.

Being able to work challenging problems at a scale I've never experienced before. Stepping outside of my comfort zone, and learning new things.

I've made great use of the fitness reimbursement. The company contributes to our HSA (if you're on the HDHP) and the ESPP has been excellent.

We move fast, tackle challenging problems, and are constantly interesting. we celebrate wins, and learn from our failures. We think methodically about developing new solutions at scale, and it's always great seeing how much we use our own product.

Our leaders all have strong experiences in their domains, are mature, thoughtful, and are employees first. They make themselves available to all staff and sit amongst us (not in plush corner offices). They are very transparent with our staff and care deeply about our team.

The candidate experience was excellent, super fast communication. The views were spectacular. The team really made me feel welcomed and that they believed in Datadog. I had the opportunity to whiteboard a solution with my now boss which was a good litmus of what it'd be like work together as well.

¿Qué son algunas de las mejores cosas de tu equipo?
Being able to work on a global team with colleagues on 4 continents and over 10 countries has been an amazing experience. We get to all work together for a couple of weeks in person every year in conjunction with our holiday party and SKO - Unleash. I look forward to our weekly video calls.
