The leadership team is open and transparent

My immediate manager is locally known as one of the best in the department, and has sway as one of the longest tenured, as well as managing one of our best performers. Very chill, and seems to genuinely care. The entire department is one of the better ones at Datadog.

My immediate manager is locally known as one of the best in the office. Has been one of the mainstays and is seen as responsible for much of the growth of the department. Probably the person I get along best with at the company.
