My immediate manager is locally known as one of the best in the department, and has sway as one of the longest tenured, as well as managing one of our best performers. Very chill, and seems to genuinely care. The entire department is one of the better ones at Datadog.
My immediate manager is locally known as one of the best in the office. Has been one of the mainstays and is seen as responsible for much of the growth of the department. Probably the person I get along best with at the company.

Our leaders all have strong experiences in their domains, are mature, thoughtful, and are employees first. They make themselves available to all staff and sit amongst us (not in plush corner offices). They are very transparent with our staff and care deeply about our team.
