The leadership team is open and approachable. They have a strong vision for our company and how we are going to achieve our goals but they are also appreciative of suggestions from lower management and individuals. This is a team that is going to lead us far!

The leadership team is accessible and down-to-earth. They are transparent, acknowledging both accomplishments as well as areas of development. One of the best leadership teams in the Valley.

The leadership team is very transparent, they inform employees about the decisions that are being made and the reasons behind them. They're also very open to feedback and accessible to employees all across the organization

The company really makes an effort to keep the start-up culture, they organize a lot of regular events like bagel Wednesday, in office massages, Pinot Thursdays and other outings like cruises, karaoke nights, Christmas parties and others. It makes it feel like we're part of a (very large) family
