The leadership team is open and approachable. They have a strong vision for our company and how we are going to achieve our goals but they are also appreciative of suggestions from lower management and individuals. This is a team that is going to lead us far!
They are open to feedback from all levels and all are working towards a common goal. No political motivations!
The leadership team is accessible and down-to-earth. They are transparent, acknowledging both accomplishments as well as areas of development. One of the best leadership teams in the Valley.

Everyone is working towards a common goal. You really sense that everyone wants us all and the company to succeed. No one is playing political games or other stuff like that.

The company really makes an effort to keep the start-up culture, they organize a lot of regular events like bagel Wednesday, in office massages, Pinot Thursdays and other outings like cruises, karaoke nights, Christmas parties and others. It makes it feel like we're part of a (very large) family

The people! This is a fun team!
The people and the culture
The fact that we care about each other not just professionally but also personally. We're also growing at a super fast pace which makes being here very exciting
