The company really makes an effort to keep the start-up culture, they organize a lot of regular events like bagel Wednesday, in office massages, Pinot Thursdays and other outings like cruises, karaoke nights, Christmas parties and others. It makes it feel like we're part of a (very large) family

This is an employee first company. The business is obviously the driver but employee satisfaction and wellbeing are high on the list.

We have a very hard working work environment, but also accommodating of creating a healthy work - life balance. Employees can really disconnect when they leave work for the day, but you can count on them to grind when they are in the office.

I would say that we don't penalize failure, within reason. It is an environment where we are encouraged to try new things, and if it doesn't work, you're not fearing for your job. You have to walk away with learnings from the experience, but it not seen as a failure on your part as an employee.
