My experience overall has been amazing. I love that our leadership will actually listen to what we have to say and our opinions. This doesn't mean they implement everything that is told to them, which is a good thing, it just means that they take what we say into consideration and use it when it fits into the overall vision of Emerge.

I lead my team and the best part is that I do not have to micromanage them in the slightest. If I ask them to do something, they will get it done. If they need more information to complete a task they will go out and find that info without me asking them to do so.
