What do you like best about the leadership team?

There's constant contact, visibility, weekly department meetings, and weekly 1v1 check ins allowing for a clear understanding of goals and expectations.

I love that our leadership will actually listen to what we have to say and our opinions. This doesn't mean they implement everything that is told to them, which is a good thing, it just means that they take what we say into consideration and use it when it fits into the overall vision of Emerge.

Transparency, Open to feedback and new ideas, autonomy.

They are great at showing their appreciation to those working hard and performing well.

Our leadership team consists of industry veterans that are all forward thinking. That being said, they truly care about making a positive impact in such a fragmented industry.
