What do you like best about the leadership team?

There's constant contact, visibility, weekly department meetings, and weekly 1v1 check ins allowing for a clear understanding of goals and expectations.

I love that our leadership will actually listen to what we have to say and our opinions. This doesn't mean they implement everything that is told to them, which is a good thing, it just means that they take what we say into consideration and use it when it fits into the overall vision of Emerge.

Transparency, Open to feedback and new ideas, autonomy.

They are great at showing their appreciation to those working hard and performing well.

They are trying and have good intentions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Salaried employees were eligible for healthcare benefits immediately.

I fully agree that I am paid fairly for what I am asked to do and my medical benefits especially are excellent, even considering how relatively small the company is.

Aligns with the market and there's always the opportunity to get increases

The best part of my compensation package has to be the equity in the company that has been offered to me. Long term financial stability should be everyones goal and I feel the company has afforded me that opportunity.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Team Reviews

Knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Team cooperates in a civil, friendly, and efficient manner.

I lead my team and the best part is that I do not have to micromanage them in the slightest. If I ask them to do something, they will get it done. If they need more information to complete a task they will go out and find that info without me asking them to do so.

They take direction very well and we all have very high respect for each other.

Dedication, integrity, passion and commitment.

My team is full of like minded individuals that want to make impacts wherever they can. The willingness to help each other plays a huge role in our success as a team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Environment Reviews

Dress code allows for comfort and expression, bi-weekly company morning meetings highlight individuals success. All new hires complete fun and interactive training.

How inclusive it is. Our Employee Experience team goes to great lengths to make sure that all groups of people feel like they have a place here at Emerge.

We are all friends and have so much fun together!

Flexabilty allowing for an adjusted work life balance.

Our company is all about lifting one another up. When someone has a bad day or needs support, there is always someone there to lend a helping hand.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Fairly flexible in the scheduling, tour of the office

The ability to speak with a high level executive about the position during the interview process was valuable in that I got to see the vision of the position and team from a high perspective.

They asked a lot of questions about my personal life which showed that they cared about me as a person and not just an employee.

Was a great balance of professional/formal questions and informal ones to get an understanding of the job and the culture.
