The goalpost is always moving, management doesn't have the proper skills or coaching to adequately lead or manage. Employees are not well valued or appreciated. We're ofteb blamed when the issues stem from upper management. EL is very reactive rather than proactive.

Customers and carriers hate working with EL. Prospecting clients is impossible. Many companies avoid EL at all costs. England needs to priortize transparency and a willingness to build partnerships.

If comission and salary matched EL's competitors. They're the lowest paying in the country. They could also use an overhaul on their health benefits. Theyre high priced for minimum coverage.
