What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love accruing vacation and sick time and the ability to carry over a large chunk of it. There are no "Blackout" days either.

My boss is very willing to give me a few days off if I need it. I have all the benefits I currently need along with good life insurance and the 401K boost is pretty nice.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay was abhorrent for living in Portland, OR. There were no stock benefits at all. 401k is nice and so was healthcare.
Listen to your employees, open your office doors, and actually care about what's going on in your company, outside of the leadership clicks.

Super supportive and cooperative teams. We all strive to see each other succeed.

Everyone gets along with each other.
Always recognizing employees for jobs well done. They understand we are all a team and need to work together to succeed
There isn't micromanaging. We are goal oriented but the company has a very empowering culture so we have a long leash. The CEO tries really hard to have everyone act and feel like friends and families.

Upper management also needs to contribute to culture
