What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, qualification, clarity, and accountability. Too many leaders are unfit to actually lead.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The recruiter and interviewers were kind. However, it was a dishonest representation of the company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Accountability from the higher ups and appreciation for the employees. Not a pizza party and cheap T shirts a couple times a year.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customers and carriers hate working with EL. Prospecting clients is impossible. Many companies avoid EL at all costs. England needs to priortize transparency and a willingness to build partnerships.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If comission and salary matched EL's competitors. They're the lowest paying in the country. They could also use an overhaul on their health benefits. Theyre high priced for minimum coverage.
