Sincere, mission-minded, family-friendly, and very sensitive to the needs and perspectives of their employees.

They work hard at making it an inclusive and respectful environment. Diversity is celebrated and intolerance prohibited.
The open door policy and the fact that I never feel judged for who I am.
We do all the normal company team building things but people really get into it. Everyone is always positive.
What makes you most happy at Fahe?
Achieving big goals with my colleagues, and celebrating that achievement.

We have fairly diverse backgrounds which allows us to brainstorm effectively.
I feel my team encourages and uplifts me and we each bring expertise that contributes to our goals.

Business casual and "dress appropriately" (sometimes a business meeting requires suiting up, but more often than not nice jeans and a sports coat would suffice). They focus more on what NOT to wear--teeshirts with graphics, torn clothes, revealing shirts, etc.
What is the best perk or benefit that Fahe offers?
Excellent health insurance, HR policies, and flexibility.

Communication, flexibility, sensitivity to others in a team environment, and passion for mission

Very hands on and well-supported.

Fahe rarely posts positions as remote, but several of their employees work remotely. It appears to depend upon the availability (or lack of) of particular skillsets in the area of their home office; and issues relating to materials management/privacy because they are lenders.
