We do all the normal company team building things but people really get into it. Everyone is always positive.

Business casual and "dress appropriately" (sometimes a business meeting requires suiting up, but more often than not nice jeans and a sports coat would suffice). They focus more on what NOT to wear--teeshirts with graphics, torn clothes, revealing shirts, etc.

Excellent health insurance, HR policies, and flexibility.
