Total bonus compensation across the company should be shared more with lower employees than seniors. They are mostly managers and since they are rarely leaders they don't deserve that high bonuses. We need to check whether referrals really bring better people or we can hire better people without referrals. Does referrals bring more politics in the system? I guess for a batter team some sharing of personal details are required. Like who are parents, who have kids, who have hobbies etc..
