Very exciting to be at Figma, but there's also a lot of overworking and pressure. There's talk of work/life balance, but it feels like lip service. It often feels like we don't have the foundation in place for the growth we're trying to achieve, and folks are very close to burnout.

Knowing that support makes the least in company is difficult for morale, even if we're paid "well" for support in the general market. Also not a fan of the localisation plan. Would really like transparent salaries.
