The atmosphere in the office is great. The company is not beholden to VCs and is very well-positioned in the market.
The project is great and the customers really love it. Since starting I've had several pilots get excited when they find out that I work here.

Very friendly people. Cooperative, "same team" atmosphere that's hard to find.
Cooperative and friendly while still maintaining professionalism. Egocentrism is not rewarded.

Relaxed. Two weeks standard, but no one gives you grief for taking a bit more or taking care of personal business.
