The atmosphere in the office is great. The company is not beholden to VCs and is very well-positioned in the market.
The project is great and the customers really love it. Since starting I've had several pilots get excited when they find out that I work here.

Cooperative and friendly while still maintaining professionalism. Egocentrism is not rewarded.
