Coworkers are good people. All work hard but feel the same,
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Galderma?
Change of middle management. Hire new positions strictly to instill a culture initiative. Share best practices to cultivate a team atmosphere to bring the organization together. There's a laundry list. Until the internal culture is fixed, the company will continue to struggle with retention.
