Stop with hype and be more real. Also, in the regional offic there are too many leads who are related making it impossible to be objective or fair.

The feel is fresh but the longer you work there the more you realize it is overcompensating for lack of stability and structure. You can't consider yourself a startup forever.

The company acts like they are the new facebook and are super cool and hip. The problem is there is no good direction. Too many ideas that aren't properly executed and instability lead employees to feel used and longing for a more stable job, even at the expense of not having beer on tap.
