I love how everyone from the executives to my manager to my peers really care about each other and the work they do. Everyone is so nice and wants you to succeed and help in any way possible.

Anyone with a specialist title is treated like a number. I'd also like to suggest that anyone with a manager title or higher be provided an office as the excessive meetings are a hinderance to those working in close proximity. Not only is the noise level excessive, sensitive information is overheard

Communication and hiring more people. We loose people to attrition and instead of that job being refilled it is absorbed by others. This happens way too much. We are all stressed
