I've switched roles around a couple of times. All generally centered on data and correct usage/provision of it. The company doesn't seem afraid to shift people/teams around to get the best people for the job into those positions.

Anyone with a specialist title is treated like a number. I'd also like to suggest that anyone with a manager title or higher be provided an office as the excessive meetings are a hinderance to those working in close proximity. Not only is the noise level excessive, sensitive information is overheard

Decisions aren't made quickly or communicated well. Projects stale because management cannot come to a decision on things.

Communication and hiring more people. We loose people to attrition and instead of that job being refilled it is absorbed by others. This happens way too much. We are all stressed

We live in CT the cost of living is high and I don't believe we are compensated with the cost of living in mind. I've had to take a 2nd job to pay my bills as a single Mom. The demand to be present at work for 40 hours leaves me needing to hire help for my kiddo, This is also a huge gap in the pay.

Stop posting pay levels for NY to job postings-its very misleading. This company is not market competitive; I took quite a pay cut to join. Scott & Allan both eluded to keeping staffing low and producing more work-you WILL lose people with the low pay and high expectations.

There isn't much room to grow in other departments. I feel type cast and there isn't a focus on creating leadership with non-managerial employees.

Managers do not take the development plan or goal process as seriously as they should. Recognition is low, without grade level or title promotions despite employees performing in the role for more than one year. Managers should give detailed constructive feedback. No excuses of being too busy.

I am in finance so I understand the demands of my job/hours, but I feel backed into a corner with PTO and days in office and how to have work life balance when I feel pinned in. The new policy that was sent out recently about making up PTO so that our in office average is up really has me flustered.
