I've switched roles around a couple of times. All generally centered on data and correct usage/provision of it. The company doesn't seem afraid to shift people/teams around to get the best people for the job into those positions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary... but besides that I like the lifestyle account. Flexible and easy to use.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good communication. They admit and seem attentive to when potential issues could come down the road.
What makes you most happy at work?
Completing a task and knowing its been done well. Then sharing that end product with my team/others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're brand new so there is tons of room to step up and provide value in a rapidly forming structure of duties/expectations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a good teaching culture. Cross team interaction is encouraged. Some teams are more willing than others but overall the teams I interact with are happy to share knowledge.
