What do you like best about the leadership team?
They challenge me and make me feel like a valued member of the team. They are very supportive and are open to my feedback ideas and suggestions. They are open to teaching me without restriction and also learning from me and drawing on my experience.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It makes you feel valued. Everything that they provide is awesome, but it does not feel as if it is given as a control tactic it feels more like they want you to be comfortable so that you can be the best at what you do.
