What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Anyone with a specialist title is treated like a number. I'd also like to suggest that anyone with a manager title or higher be provided an office as the excessive meetings are a hinderance to those working in close proximity. Not only is the noise level excessive, sensitive information is overheard

Salary... but besides that I like the lifestyle account. Flexible and easy to use.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We live in CT the cost of living is high and I don't believe we are compensated with the cost of living in mind. I've had to take a 2nd job to pay my bills as a single Mom. The demand to be present at work for 40 hours leaves me needing to hire help for my kiddo, This is also a huge gap in the pay.

Stop posting pay levels for NY to job postings-its very misleading. This company is not market competitive; I took quite a pay cut to join. Scott & Allan both eluded to keeping staffing low and producing more work-you WILL lose people with the low pay and high expectations.

There isn't much room to grow in other departments. I feel type cast and there isn't a focus on creating leadership with non-managerial employees.

Not a super cohesive team, likely a product of the management turnover and lack of integrity while choosing existing team members.

We have a good teaching culture. Cross team interaction is encouraged. Some teams are more willing than others but overall the teams I interact with are happy to share knowledge.

I have a hard time being excited when I feel under valued and under appreciated

Work value of employees- we feel unappreciated- we work endlessly with day to day problems and feel we are not compensated fairly with wages. I personally would feel this can be improved easily by increasing pay to employees. An employee and will be a long term employee if the wages/value match.

I feel like a lot of times we will find issues within the systems we are working-we will bring up concerns and be dismissed but then the problems we are encountering will come back bigger a week later and will have to be addressed. I think that we should be heard out the first time and not dismissed
