Training. New employees need ongoing training, otherwise we work in circles. You only hear from the leadership team when something is WRONG. The leads could be more helpful too.

A PM must provide strategic tasks completed at a weekly level to management.PMs have no help so how are we to run day to day, be strategic about business, and then provide management weekly updates on every task.Amount of time wasted in hand feeding management info is ridiculous.
