I think the demand that is put on our dept. is overwhelming. As it seems to be the norm to have our dept work 10,11,12 hours with no incentive. Or the understanding of work/life balance as a whole.

Our customer's have to call multiple times to resolve most issues and are therefore ANGRY! IF we had time to resolve the issue in a timely manner, we wouldn't get yelled at. Also, we have to retain employees. The high turnover rate makes our job harder.

Seems like more and more executives are hired, but there is a larger need for entry & mid-level employees. The employees we do have seem to be leaving the company at a higher rate lately. Nothing seems to be done to retain employees.

Our customer's are complaining about how In personals and un concern Global is about their customers. The view us as terrible, lack of concern and complicated. It makes me feel bad and want to do even more for our customers. It feels like we hide behind red tape and make it complicated.
