There is little respect shown for coworkers. It often feels like people treat others as if they are better than everyone else and can just say whatever they want. They don't get in trouble for it and the managers don't do anything so they just continue to be like that.

There is no sense of teamwork. The departments are so divided and and the majority of the workload falls on the shoulders of the few people that actually do their job well
