An excellent learning experience that has required me to be more adaptive and open to many new challenges that are constantly shifting. My team is fun, supportive, and upbeat. I've been able to grow a ton in my career because of the creative freedom given to employees to better the company.

It's very welcoming and full of opportunity, overall! I see a lot of people connecting in a personal way pretty organically. I think there's work to do to make sure it happens consistently but as a company of go-getters, many just take that initiative to meet people and present their ideas!

They make a point to meet each new employee. They communicate with the team often, are transparent, and show they care. They emphasize their open-door policy. They care a lot about our workplace culture and want to make sure it's a happy and fun place to work.

GR0's flexible PTO policy is by far the best part of my compensation package! Knowing that they care enough about me as a person to know I have a life outside of work and may need more than a few weeks off each year is what sets them apart from any other company. That's worth more to me than salary.

I think GR0 has something of a skew when it comes to where they spend their money. Certain positions, while certainly difficult, are seen as worth much more than others, even if they require similar amounts of time, effort, and skill.

There is little oversight into the different teams and there aren't opportunities to connect and discuss areas of improvement with upper management. There isn't a clear hierarchy of roles for employees and people aren't able to get properly recognized for their efforts.

Other leadership are very clearly experts in their field- and I see the same level of commitment from them when it comes to trying to collaborate, respond to challenges and feedback, etc.

The most positive thing about GR0 is the unanimous desire to improve as a company and as individuals. Each person is passionate about improving, and together, we all help each other do just that.

Everyone is always so friendly and willing to answer any questions you have. Also, people are quick to encourage each other! You don't always see that elsewhere.

There are multiple opportunities to interact with coworkers cross-departmentally despite being a mainly WFH company. I feel like I know my team well despite the large size.

The engagement, overall. Generally, people seem to feel free to pipe up and chime in on many subjects. Contributing ideas, thoughts, challenges, etc. even in group settings.

I really enjoyed the interview process here at GR0. I was able to meet with both CEO's and got a really good feel of the company and its culture. Everyone was very transparent and respectful and I immediately felt a sense of belonging.

The quality of the writing is often poor, which makes editing extremely difficult. I often have to rewrite entire pieces, which reduces my number of edits, resulting in me falling behind. But if the edits aren't perfect, that's also bad. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
