Turnover is at an all-time high, with new leaders and managers coming in every month. No consistency or continuity. Leadership spends money on consultants rather than paying their existing employees to resolve issues.

We just lost our Sr. HR Manager and there is no very much guidance at this time. Once the Associate HR Manager be hired, maybe this is improved.
