Great place to work. They really take care of their employees, and you are truly treated as a shared owner of the company. You get the benefits of a big company with the staff that has as much care for their employees as a small company.

Fire the MCR people and rehire people that got out of the offices and on to the floor to talk to people. Also make sure they know there job.
