Leadership team is ok. Communicative and transparent. Some are more willing to hear and accept feedback from employees than others. Seem out of touch sometimes. Try to ensure everyone is happy but feels like lip service because theres not much effort put into it

Good benefits. Healthcare, dental, vision, all that. Unlimited PTO, flexible hours and remote work. Used to do lots of team building and events pre-pandemic and also free snacks and lunches when there was a physical office. All went downhill since covid and not much effort put into that aspect since

Fun people make the environment highly enjoyable. Most people love their job and take pride in their work so they put a lot of effort into it and it shows. The "constant hustle" mentality can take a toll and rub people the wrong way if you aren't the "I love my job" type of person
