Great team members and overall culture. Everyone is easy to get along with and fun to work with. Typical of small companies/startups, pay is below what you could get for similar positions at other companies. Small team with big company ambitions lead to burnout and high turnover in certain depts

Great people to work with for the most part. At one point, could easily be friends with everyone outside of work which made working there enjoyable. Aside from that, leadership is ok and seems to be out of touch sometimes. Frequent communication issues and small team is overworked and underpaid

Leadership is ok. Communicative and transparent. Some are more willing to hear and accept feedback from employees than others. Seem out of touch sometimes. They try to make sure everyone is happy but it feels like lip service because no real effort is made to even gauge employee satisfaction

Innovative and hard charging to drive change

Good benefits. Healthcare, dental, vision, all that. Unlimited PTO, flexible hours and remote work. Used to do lots of team building and events pre-pandemic and also free snacks and lunches when there was a physical office. All went downhill since covid and not much effort put into that aspect since

It's fair and commensurate with my position

Team is tight knit and since everyone is good at their job collaborative projects are easy. Everyone is always willing to teach and to lend a hand so theres constant professional growth and development

Team members and culture are awesome. Mostly everyone is fun-loving, into sports in some way, easy to talk to, and easy to get along with. Everyone is also great at their job and always willing to help uplift each other which makes collaborative project enjoyable

Fun people make the environment highly enjoyable. Most people love their job and take pride in their work so they put a lot of effort into it and it shows. The "constant hustle" mentality can take a toll and rub people the wrong way if you aren't the "I love my job" type of person

Project diversity and challenging problems to solve keep the job interesting. Results in plenty of knowledge sharing and constant leveling up and professional development. Coming up with creative solutions to complex problems helps career advancement and has helped many employees go to big companies

Having enjoyable coworkers and getting to work on interesting projects that are challenging and help you level up. Constantly learning and working on a variety of projects help prevent boredom and prevents workdays becoming mundane and monotonous
