What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good benefits. Healthcare, dental, vision, all that. Unlimited PTO, flexible hours and remote work. Used to do lots of team building and events pre-pandemic and also free snacks and lunches when there was a physical office. All went downhill since covid and not much effort put into that aspect since
Typical small company/startup issues with compensation i.e. below what you would make anywhere else. Good benefits help offset that which include: unlimited PTO, remote work, flexible hours, insurance, and free food/snacks when there was a physical office
